International Business Express, Inc. (IBEX)
is a minority-owned business and was founded by Adam Kane and incorporated
in the District of Columbia in 1997. As a company we have grown substantially.
This growth will continue as a result of expansion of the company's information
technology and support services into other program areas within the federal
government and private industry.
IBEX's growth is a result of its

This commitment is based on the conviction that survival and growth are
