We offer on-site computer maintenance services for private and public
organizations. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week service either
full-time on-site or dispatched as needed, with response times from 1
to 4 hours depending on your requirements. IBEX maintains a large inventory
at its headquarters in Washington D.C., and essential components at selected
sites to meet critical response times. IBEX field engineers are fully
trained and certified to perform all OEM service requirements and are
retrained bi-annually to keep abreast of the latest technologies.
Hardware
on-site service within one to four hours of the initial service request,
which includes full hardware diagnostics, virus scan and security check.
Software
on-site support within one to four hours of the initial service request,
which include network patches, upgrades, virus protection and network
security.
Network Support Services
network critical service receives priority response an engineer will respond
within two hours of the initial service call. (contract customers will
receive a call back within thirty minutes)
